影响大学生心理健康的因素

1、目的：本文以微博这一社交网络平台作为切入点，调查大学生微博使用过程中的XX行为与心理健康问题的关联，并根据调查结果进行统计和分析，发现大学生相关行为特征和心理健康水平，为大学生心理健康的早期干预提供科学依据。<br>方法：选择安徽省的2100名在校大学生作为研究对象。用XX的大学生微博XX行为与心理健康情况调查表对目标人群进行调查，调查表具体内容包括：个人情况调查表、意识形态调查表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)三个部分。并采用EpiData0软件进行数据录入及SPSS20软件进行数据统计分析。<br>结果：对三所高等院校发放问卷2100份，回收问卷2052份，其中有效问卷2000份，有效回收率为924%。有效参与调查的男生1039人，女生961人。平均年龄为(20.12±13)岁，调查对象涵盖不同专业和年级。结果显示，不同大学生性别、专业、年级等特征的大学生使用微博的频率、使用微博的主要原因、对微博中的网络XX事件言论及所处心理差异性显著，且具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；遭受过微博XX的大学生群体对比未遭受过网络XX的大学生群体心理建康质量较差，其差异性非常显著且具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。<br>结论：不同性别、家庭背景、年级及专业的大学生在微博XX中的相关行为及心理健康质量具有明显差异性，其中女生的行为表现及心理健康情况均优于男生，大二年级学生使用微博最为频繁且容易发生微博XX行为，遭受过微博XX群体的心理健康质量评估结果劣于未遭受过微博XX的群体。
