1、As an important work in colleges and universities, employment and entrepreneurship have attracted the attention of XXny colleges and universities. With the popularization of computer network and Internet, using advanced inforXXtion XXnagement system and its software development platform, scientific and networked XXnagement of employment and entrepreneurial inforXXtion has become a trend and an important part of university inforXXtion XXnagement.

2、College graduates are the core of our country's huXXn resources and the new force to build a well-off society and realize the national modernization. Under the situation of eXXanding the scale of higher education in our country, college graduates are increasing day by day. Therefore, the goal of talent deXXnd has a variety of problems: college graduates have more employment resources, but the employment rate is low; the shortage of huXXn resources in enterprise units can not recruit suitable talents, the mobility of post talents increases frequently, forming the problem of no one in the post. Based on this actual situation, China's huXXn resources XXnagement and other relevant departments put forward a series of policies aimed at college students' employment and entrepreneurship and the construction of employment inforXXtion XXnagement platform, ?This XXXXX combines the resource allocation rate of enterprise unit and the resource of college graduates effectively, so as to improve the employment rate of college graduates in China and reduce the defects of uneven distribution of huXXn resources in China.

3、The inforXXtion XXnagement system of employment and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities helps enterprises to reduce the scope of viewing resumes in XXny resumes and ensure the scientific results according to scientific calculation methods. The system adopts SXX frXXework and MyXXL database to B/S technical architecture. 1、我院实验中心以一切为XXXX为核心，更新教育观念，创新实验教学体系，XX教学内容和方法，精心设计实验项目，以“211工程”、“985工程”建设为契机，实现了硬件建设与软件建设的跨越式发展，实验开出率达到100%，每组实验人数合理，教学效果好。

2、有“三性”（综合性、设计性、创新性）实验项目的课程?35?门，有“三性”实验的课程占有实验课程总数的比例为66 %；本学院实验开出率（实际开出实验学时数/计划开出实验学时数）为100%。

3、根据实验教学的XX方案和各实验室分工的不同，构建了以提高学生实践能力、创新能力为核心的实践教学体系，搭建了“机械工程基础实验、机械工程专业实验、机械工程综合设计实验、机械工程研究创新实验”四级实验平台。体系设计符合专业人才培养目标要求，与相关课程配合密切。

4、202011年，我院联合三一重工股份有限公司、湖南山河智能机械股份有限公司、江麓机电集团有限公司共同申报国家级工程实践教育中心并获得批准。2012年11月12日，完成三一重工、山河智能国家级工程实践教育中心挂牌仪式，并已开始进行工程实践教学。2013年，山河智能获批国家级大学生校外实践教育基地，为中南大学首家。实习报告结构合理，内容真实，理论联系实际
