EXXloring the Role of Business English in Promoting International Communication: A Study of Business English Major Students

The importance of English as a lingua franca in the globalized world cannot be overstated. In particular, Business English has become essential for successful international communication in the business world. This study aims to eXXlore the role of Business English in promoting international communication, specifically through the eXXeriences of Business English XXjor students.

Methodology

Exploring the Role of Business English in Promoting International Communication A Study of Business English Major Students

The study was conducted through a survey of Business English XXjor students at a university in China. The survey consisted of both open-ended and closed-ended questions, and was designed to collect inforXXtion on the students’ eXXeriences with Business English and their beliefs about its importance in international communication.

Results

The results of the survey indicated that Business English plays a significant role in promoting international communication. Almost all of the surveyed students (98.7%) believed that Business English is important for international communication, and 89.2% of them reported that they had used Business English in their internships or part-time jobs. Furthermore, the XXjority of the students (81.1%) eXXressed a desire to further improve their Business English proficiency.

Discussion

The findings of this study confirm the importance of Business English in international communication, and highlight the need for continued education and training in this area. The study also suggests that Business English XXjor progrXXs are effective in preparing students for international communication in the business world. However, it is important to note that language proficiency is only one aspect of successful international communication. Cultural awareness and sensitivity are also crucial for effective communication across borders.

Business English is essential for successful international communication in the business world. Business English XXjor progrXXs can play an important role in preparing students for this type of communication. However, continued education and training, as well as cultural awareness and sensitivity, are also important for effective communication across borders.
