1、目的 探究对比复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏与薄荷脑滴鼻液治疗儿童干燥性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 从本院耳鼻喉科接收就诊的干燥性鼻炎儿童患者中抽取50例作为本研究的研究对象，分两组，对照组采用薄荷脑滴鼻液进行治疗，研究组应用复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏进行治疗。治疗后，比较两组患者的临床疗效以及临床症状改善率情况。结果 结果显示研究组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），同时研究组各临床症状的改善率也明显高于对照组，两组差异存在可比性（P<0.05）。结论 分别采用复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏与薄荷脑滴鼻液对干燥性鼻炎患者进行治疗后，发现复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏的治疗效果更加显著，安全性更高。

2、干燥性鼻炎又被称为干性鼻炎，是各大医院耳鼻喉科较为常见的一种疾病，其属于鼻粘膜慢性炎症。该疾病的临床症状主要表现为鼻腔黏膜充血干燥，粘膜表面有大量分泌物或者存在一层薄痂[1]。另外，患有疾病患者大多数都有鼻出血、鼻干燥等症状，但是没有任何的其他异味，同时不影响患者嗅觉的正常功能。临床上认为该疾病不被归为OO疾病范畴内，其是萎缩性鼻炎的早期症状，通常针对干燥性鼻炎，临床上多采用碳酸氢钠液进行鼻腔清洗治疗，主要是将鼻腔内的薄痂以及黏液清洗干净，从而，保证鼻腔内黏膜湿润，随后再采用生理盐水、葡萄糖盐水以及其他药物进行治疗。本篇文章通过研究复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏与薄荷脑滴鼻液治疗干燥性鼻炎患者的临床效果，分析两类药物详细的治疗效果，具体情况如下：

3、从本院耳鼻喉科接收就诊的干燥性鼻炎患者中抽取50例作为本研究的研究对象，抽取的患者就诊时间为2019年1月至2019年12月，将抽取的患者随机分为研究组和对照组两组，每组各25例，研究组男16例，女9例，年龄在3-11岁之间，平均年龄（6±2）岁，对照组男12例，女13例，年龄在2-12岁之间，平均年龄（3±1）岁。纳入标准（1）符合干燥性鼻炎诊断标准；（2）患者均无其他内呼吸道感染病史。（3）年龄在2-12岁，男女不限；（4）自愿参与研究，患儿家属需对治疗方案以及调查方案知情并且签署同意书；（5）本研究得到医院伦理会批准同意。排除标准：（1）家属不愿参与研究者；（2）精神障碍、失语失聪、无OO常交流的患者[2]；（3）治疗期间服用过激素类药物者；（4）曾经进行过鼻部手术的患者。两组患者的一般资料有可比性（P＞0.05），均知情同意本研究，并得到医院伦理委员会的批准。

4、对照组采用薄荷脑滴鼻液进行治疗，每天三次，一个星期为一个疗程，治疗期间不可服用其他治疗鼻部类药物，连续治疗21d观察疗效。研究组则应用复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏进行治疗，每次取适量的药膏轻轻地涂于患者双侧鼻腔内，每天两次，早晚各１次，一个星期为一个疗程，同样连续治疗21d观察疗效。

抗生素OO

1、罗红霉素英文名：Roxithromycin，英文别名：ClarOOid、Rulid，西医药物。罗红霉素又名罗希红霉素，化学名为9E-【0一(2一甲氧乙氧基)一甲基肟]红霉素，是红霉素的醚肟类衍生物，是一种半合成的、新一代十四元环大环内脂类抗生素，主要作用于革兰氏阳性菌、厌氧菌、衣原体和支原体等。其体外抗菌作用与红霉素相类似，体内抗菌作用比红霉素强1—4倍。
