1、【中文摘要】本文分别采用基团保OO、微波辐射法、硬脂酸甲酯醇解法合成单硬脂酸OO酯(GMS),是研究开发高效、低成本的GMS 合成新方法新工艺。采用高效液相色谱法分离测定产品中单硬脂酸OO酯的的含量,采用的色谱柱为Agilent TC-C_(18)(2)柱(6×

2、250mm,5μm);流动相为OO:异丙醇:三O乙酸=80:20:0:05(体积比);柱温35℃;OOO温度35℃;进样量20μL;流速1mL·min~(-1)。分离度达到50。在流动相中加入0.05%(体积分数)的三O乙酸,能显著改善单硬脂酸OO酯色谱峰的拖尾现象,提高同分异构体的分离度,线性范围为0.5mg·mL~(-1)～20mg·mL~(-1)。采用基团保OO合成单硬脂酸OO酯,用OO的KF/ZnO固体碱作催化剂,通过条件优化实验,确定了单硬脂酸OO酯的最佳合成工艺条件:物料摩尔比(中间体:硬脂酸)=6:1,反应温度230℃,反应时间2h,催化剂用量5%(相对硬脂酸质量分数)。固体碱KF/ZnO为浸渍法制得,负载量15%,锻烧温度600℃,锻烧时间为3h。在此工艺条件下,合成的单硬脂酸OO酯的含量为66%。对微波辐...
