2、摘 要：未来的竞争是供应链的竞争。竞争日益激烈，单纯的购买者和供应者之间的对抗性关系已经消亡，供需双方的关系趋于合作转向战略合作伙伴关系方向发展。供需双方相互信任和尊重，信息共享，企业之间紧密的结合在一起。供应商在企业中的地位越来越重要。本文阐述了通过优化供应链管理后提高供应商的素质和企业管理供应商的能力，实现了成本的降低，增强企业的竞争力。 关键词：竞争;合作;成本;增强竞争力

3、Abstract: Competition in future is competition of supply chain OOnagement. Increasingly competition, traditional adversarial relationship between suppliers and buyers was faded, the relationship between suppliers and buyers is trend to developing strategic partners. They trust, respect and inforOOtion sharing, they are firmly connected together. Suppliers is more and more important in SCM. This article eOOatiates how buyers improve suppliers OOnagement skills, enhance suppliers’ capability and OOnagement skills in suppliers OOnagement, in order to decrease its total cost and consolidate buyers’ competitiveness.
